The Southwest Washington Fair Advisory Board (SWFAB) was created to make recommendations from the public to the Fair & Events Manager regarding the annual Southwest Washington Fair. The SWFAB consists of five to seven representatives who are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Additional ad hoc members are the Facilities Director, Fairs & Events Manager, and a Lewis County Commissioner.
Southwest Washington Fairgrounds Advisory Board meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 5PM in the Fair office on the Fairgrounds and public comment is welcome!
Because the Fair Advisory Board is no longer a Commission, the current agendas and minutes might not be published on the website. Historical agendas and minutes are still in place.
